Increasing Internet's Bandwidth In Windows

Every person naturally wants to get faster Internet connection than usual. Well this time I will try to give one of tips to improve your internet connection speed by adding bandwidth in Windows.

At default settings, the Windows operating system is limiting the bandwidth for internet connection for 20% of the total bandwidth that should be maximized.


The trick to outsmart that the internet connection on windows can be a maximum are as follows:

1. Click Start | Run

2. Type gpedit.msc | OK

3. Once logged in click Administrative Templates | Network Clicks

4. When it opens click QoS Packet Scheduler

5. Then click on Limit Reservable Bandwidth

6. When it opens, change the setting to Enable

7. Change Bandwidth limit to 0

8. Click Apply | Ok

9. Restart your computer

Could be a different outcome for each computer, one of which may be caused by computer specifications or any other type of connection used (this is only my guess only, because I have not tried all kinds of connections).

How to Formatting Harddisk's Partition

Yesterday, in Shoutmix me, someone who asks, how do I format the partition, because only 1 sentence 2 which may contain terms, ie how to format an existing partition, or how to format a hard drive from 0 (able to reformat or format because hard drive completely new), so this time I'll try to share my experience when using a disk partition utility software, which is PartitionMagic 8.0.

In this post, I am only sharing experiences, maybe many other people who know more than me. I mean to post this article as a lesson for those who do not know how to format and partition the hard disk, or it could be for people who want to know how to delete existing partitions .


Understanding the partition:

Disk partition is a logical part of the disk drive. Each partition can be represented by a letter and will be a drive that can be accessed by DOS. Why do we need to divide the disk into two or more partitions? This is done when the disk storage capacity beyond what can be supported by the DOS version of the run.

Before the format command for disk, partitioned in advance in order to set the amount of capacity that is used. Each partition has a function. Several types of partitions in the know are as follows:

Primary partition - used as the first bootable (drive C) that served as the Master. In partition (C) is installed an operating system (OS) that can be booted at the start of booting.

Extended Partition - the partition boundary between Primary Partition and Logical partitions. This Extended Partition is not a drive, because just a barrier that serves compare between the Primary partition and logical partition for the operating system can differentiate between drive C and the next drive, and the Extended partition usually consists of several logical partitions.

Logical Partitions - is part of the Extended partition. In this partition there is no operating system such as the Primary partition, because the operating system does not recognize the partition as a bootable logical, although later we can give the system when the formatting process. This partition is usually known as the next drive.

If you do not have PartitionMagic software, you can buy or download from the internet. I assume that you already have the software.

How to create a disk partition using PartitionMagic:

1. Open PartitionMagic 8.0

2. Once opened PartitionMagic 8.0, click the name of your hard disk (Disk 1) on the right side of the window PartitionMagic 8.0

3. In the pick a task ... (see the left side of the window PartitionMagic 8.0) select Create the new partition

4. Select Next to continue

5. Select the hard drive we will paritisi, and select Next

6. Select a location partition, for this example please select After C: (Recommended)

7. Determine the desired partition of the size by looking at the information located on the right of the box (Maximum Size & Minimum Size) and then select Next

8. Determine the desired size of partition, it will show the approximate disk partitions according to the data you entered earlier. If you're satisfied with the amount of the desired hard drive partitions, press the Finish button

9. Click the Apply button in the bottom left of the window PartitionMagic 8.0

10. If a confirmation window appears, please select Yes or OK, to start the process of partition the hard disk. After you finish the steps above, then the windows will restart to begin the process of partitioning your hard disk, please wait until the process is complete.

According to the question, to delete the partition a drive, you only live direct to the drive you want to delete, then right-click, the menu will appear. Just select delete partition.

Warning: Do not press any key after your computer restarts, to avoid the failure of the partition process, because I never had the experience, after pressing the button in hopes of speeding the process of restarting, but then looked like he was "hanging", finally I restart again, the data actually lost. Be careful.

Additional: There are actually a short way without using software from third parties, using Fdisk or in the Windows OS itself, which is using Disk Management.

I myself once, and often experienced, even though the computer has been fitted with antivirus or other protection, can still get these attacks.

Yet, later the same day I suggested it, she emailed back excitedly. In just minutes, she'd found out all kinds of information about her ex. It turned out that he'd done something of a turnaround after they'd broken up. Their divorce resulted from fights over his serious drinking problem. After they broke up, though, he'd eventually gone back to med school, gotten his MD and become an orthopedic surgeon. He'd even been instrumental in developing some sort of device used by other surgeons in his field.

I suspect that's what makes people searching so hot. As many as half a million times a month, someone searches on Google alone, looking for a way to find a lost person. On the other hand, it's exciting when you do a person search on a dedicated database. You find what you're looking for in seconds. Plus, you not only get current information, often you get historical data too. You find not only where the person is now but also where they lived or worked before that and before that and before that.

You can sort of see your old friend's life laid bare. (Now what in heaven's name was George doing in Poughkeepsie, New York, in winter. He always hated the cold)

But better services will also provide extra, in-depth searching. If you ever need the extra, it might require you dig into it a bit before you can fully use it. Just make sure your service has easy, accessible ways to learn, like tutorials.

And don't ignore support. Sooner or later you'll have questions or there will be something you need help to get resolved. It's best if they offer free, live support.

External drives offer additional storage and media options which plug directly into your laptop’s USB connectors. Also known as flash drives, external hard drives allow you to transfer large amounts of data, and they come in various shapes and sizes.

Screen Size

In most cases, screen sizes range from 11-17 inches (measured diagonally). If you value portability, then smaller is usually a better choice, since size affects the laptop’s overall weight. But remember, smaller screens might cause your eyes some discomfort. We suggest going to your local computer shop and testing out various comfort levels.

Battery Life

For the most part, your laptop should have about 3-5 hours of battery life. But with all the peripherals these days like DVD-RW drives, video-out ports, and USB ports, battery life shouldn’t be a huge concern.

When all’s said and done, weigh your options and try to get the most features for your money. Remember, you’ll probably want to save some money in reserve to buy anti-virus software too.
